From February 23-25, 2025, winemakers, enthusiasts, and industry professionals – buyers, restaurateurs, wine shop owners, importers, distributors, chefs, sommeliers – will gather once again in Bologna to celebrate good, clean, and fair wine.

The Slow Wine Fair will be held in the BolognaFiere complex in the pavilions: 15 and 20. On the same days as the Slow Wine Fair, SANA Food, the international B2B exhibition for organic and natural products, will be held in pavilion 18.
